This application allows the planning of annual activities based on budget sheets (set for 1 ha of crop or livestock, for example) , the development of alternative scenarios (with different combinations of various amounts of simple budgets ) and predicting outcomes corresponding to each of the scenarios.

The operation is quite simple. Firstly are parameterized suppliers , operations and cultures or races on the holding . Prices are attributed to factors and products , indicating the date and the source region to which they refer ( thus allowing the creation of a database ) and draws up a budget for a given unit activity ( indicating forecasts consumables , machinery , labor , etc. ) to use .

The next step is the description of the production assemblies , or the proportions in which the various budget sheets will be used which allows the reporting of results planned (for each individual activity or production system as a whole) , analysis of input use ( utilization graphs throughout the year for each of the factors of production ) , cash-flow forecast and sensitivity analysis for various budgets . Any changes in start dates cultural cycle rates or areas are immediately reflected in terms of results and distribution factors throughout the year .

This software solution can be used to control the activities being carried out at the end of the cycle allowing cultural clearance gross margin and contribution margin ( profit sharing of the total operation) of each activity , from the farmer to have a base comparison between the current situation and anticipates that it can be achieved with the implementation of new production scenarios .
